Iyengar yoga classes help improve flexibility, alignment, strength and stamina and help quieten the mind, using props to help students access the poses safely. All ages and abilities welcome.

Nordic Walking Course
Would you like to get fit in nature with a friendly group of people? Nordic walking is a whole-body workout that uses 90% of your muscles. Great for agility, weight loss, heart health and mental wellbeing. We also offer private lessons for specific health goals (such as people who live with Parkinson’s or pre/after surgery rehab).
