Nordic Walking: Foundation Course
This sportive pole-walking is a full body workout in nature, which was invented by the Finnish Olympic cross country team. It is different from regular pole walking; the technique needs to be learned to get the full benefits. Great for fitness, weight loss, heart health and mental wellbeing. This 2-hour course will enable you to join our weekly walking groups.

Nordic Walking Course
Nordic walking is athletic pole-walking that engages 90% of your skeletal muscles. It uses up to 45% more calories than regular walking at the same speed. Great for weight loss, heart health, rehab, stress release and mental wellbeing. After the course, you may join our walking groups (Tuesday and Sunday mornings). Private lessons are available for people with specific health needs.

Tai Chi Chuan: Intro course
Shaolin style Tai Chi is a gentle workout, a flowing moving meditation and a martial art. It supports stress release, balance, muscle strength, agility and memory. After the four-week course, you may join our regular class (same time/place).
