Iyengar yoga classes help improve flexibility, alignment, strength and stamina and help quieten the mind, using props to help students access the poses safely. All ages and abilities welcome.

VitalityLeap Saturdays
Nordic Walking Course
Nordic walking was invented by the Finnish Olympic cross country team. It is a whole-body workout in nature that uses 90% of your muscles while being gentle on your joints. Great for fitness, weight loss, heart health, rehab and mental wellbeing. After the course you may join our group walks.

Chair Yoga Mondays
