Make new friends, improve your health and enjoy our lovely town and countryside.

Walks are 4-12 miles, led by volunteers and carefully graded. Almost all our walks are accessible by public transport and have a lunchtime picnic/pub/cafe stop. There is usually no need to book - just turn up and introduce yourself to the leader.

No charge, but after a couple of ‘taster’ walks you will need to join the RA.

We are a recent welcoming, happy group – not just in Perivale, but all surrounding areas. Would you like to join us? We feature important, gentle, healthy exercise, health checks, friendship, quizzes, bingo, games, refreshments, speakers, and annual seaside trips.
